Monthly Prizes

March 15, 2012: 12″ Green Tara Statue
From H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche’s personal collection

Splendid in Swiftness, Compassionate of Heart
The great Buddha Green Tara is resplendent in her aura of green, radiant with the attainment of all the six perfections of giving, ethics, patience, effort, meditative stabilization and wisdom, and bright with her ever-compassionate care for all sentient beings. She sits with her right leg extended outwards which signifies her swiftness in stepping forward to help us in times of need. It is for this very reason that Green Tara has won many hearts worldwide – for bringing peace and harmony into their lives.

April 15, 2012: 6” Vajrayogini Statue
From H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche’s personal collection

The Goddess of Trauma
Vajrayogini, is a representation of complete Buddhahood in female form, whose practices are associated with the Chakrasamvara Cycle of Anuttarayoga Tantra. She possesses supernatural powers and wisdom. Her practice is highly recommended as it is efficient, condensed, ’simple’ yet complete and for easily distracted people who ‘profess’ a lack of time, she is perfect.

May 15, 2012: 8” Lama Tsongkhapa & Disciples Statues
From H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche’s personal collection

Tibet’s Immortal & Saint
The birth of Tibet’s immortal yogi and the saint Lama Tsongkhapa had been prophesized by Buddha Shakyamuni. This divine child – by his genius, his example of perfect balance of study and practice, his utter humility and boundless energy restored the Buddhadharma to its original purity and caused it to spread like wildfire all over Tibet, Mongolia, China and India. Lama Tsongkhapa brings peace and harmony to all those who see him and beyond.

* Only if the shrine to be madeover is located in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah or Sarawak for logistic reasons. If the shrine to be madeover is located outside Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, the Grand Prize winner will be eligible for an 18” Amitabha Buddha statue as the alternative Grand Prize.
