I like what Brahmacharini said, ‘You can’t come into existence from non-existence.’ I too don’t believe something can just pop up from no where. There must be a past continuity, very logical.
All speakers spoke very logically and easy to understand. Pastor Susan said, ‘How we are today are based on our previous actions.’ Combining this statement with Brahmacharini’s,this statement is very true!
Whatever actions we do today, where did we learn it from? It can’t be out of no where. Many times, spontaneously we do things we never knew we could. How do we explain this? In my opinion, reincarnation is an logical explanation for this.
Understanding reincarnation, we will learn to live our lives positively and for the benefit of others. Because we know if we do anything wrong, negative karma will catch up with us in our future lives if not in this life. Every action counts, as Pastor Susan said in the video!
I believe in reincarnation. I have not really have any experience of recollecting past lives or heard of any one I know experiencing it. Nevertheless, strangely, I have always believe in reincarnation since I was conscious of myself..very very young. Natural for me as the sky is blue. This maybe be proof of reincarnation itself.
I also observed that many everyday life’s happenings cannot be explained by any other cause that happened in this/that one’s life. Like what the narrator said..why some born rich, some poor, some healthy, some not…..it goes on and on. Must be from a cause from a past live.
Also, believing in reincarnation can result in us acting in a way that is the most beneficial to us and people we know. So believing in reincarnation is far better then not believing.

I have been tuning in to your youtube teachings almost daily since coming to know about you and Kechara house abt a month ago. You teachings is the most comprehensive I have ever come across and I deeply admire the way you spread the dharma through thorough explanation even on topics such as the significant of Mala. I am deeply grateful as your teachings have greatly enhanced my faith and removed doubts in a much needed time.
While I have no recollection of past lives, I think what reasonates with me is that it accounted for the differences we experience from birth; the reason why some are born disprivileged with no chance for recourse. I recalled that in one of your teachings, you said that if the sufferings were indeed for a reason/purpose (by a creator), what reason could that be? Those were my exact thoughts for years and why I felt only Buddhism provides an answer to these questions.
Reincarnation is definitely REAL! My personal experience are limited in this but there are certain places (which I have never been, including overseas) i found extremely familiar as though I have been there and lived there a long long time.
These incidences were like vivid dreams! I must have been there previous life times and the imprints have somehow been activated when i ‘re-visit’ the places this life time.
This is personal experience and it is real, we need to keep a healthy ‘karma bank account’ and not running into ‘debts’ to increase our chance of good rebirths until we are out of samsara..

I found all speakers interesting to listen to, they each have something special to add to the topic.
I have particularly liked Brahmacharini Nishita Chaitanya, for a very logical speech and especially the part when she speaks about re-incarnation casting light on this consequential aspect:
my present actions will have consequences, further than this life time.

I personally have no recollections of previous life. However, as mentioned in the video by Brahmacharini Nishita Chaitanya, if God is all compassionate and loving, why would he make some suffer? The only logical explanation I can think of is whatever we have done previously.
To me, the most important aspect about believing in re-incarnation is that we need to be responsible for our own actions. Since I believe in re-incarnation, I will be responsible for my actions, and if I do bad things, I will not be able to “escape” even if I die, because it can come back
I sincerely hope that people will believe in reincarnation so that people will treat each other better.

Thank you for this video post. I watched it twice as it is nicely produced and even the voice over is beautiful. Besides what the insights shared by these speakers and what Rinpoche has explained to us, there have also been alot of research done by religious and non religious researchers to prove that there is reincarnation.
What each speaker shared was very interesting especially Brahmacharini who said that “if I know that my death is not the end of me, it makes me more acutely aware that my present actions will have future ramification which i am not gona escape”. The example she gave about caring for the environment so that when she ‘returns’ she will have a cleaner place is a simple logical explanation that all actions whether positive or negative has bearing effect.
Sometimes when we meet someone for the first time, the instant feeling that arises is very positive or the extreme end. With some, it is a sense of familiarity like meeting up with an old friend again and feeling comfortable. With some, you take an instant dislike. How do we explain that??
I very often share the story of Zong Rinpoche’s toys’ shopping in America and shipping them to India in preparation for his incarnation to use them. It is a story that happened during our present lifetime and not something we read that was documented thousands of years ago. Is there need to doubt reincarnation then?
I don’t have recollections of my previous existence or clear impressions of who I was. But i believe in reincarnation. Just like what Brahmacharini Nishita Chaitanya, God/Buddha loves everyone, how could we claim there’s inequality in our existance. Is just that what I am now, is caused by my previous action. It makes sense to me.
Many highly attained masters have proved to us how they reincarnate and back to this world. I am really amazed. How much wisdom they have inside themselves? Can we gain that much of wisdom in our one lifetime? It is impossible. Most of time in our lifetime, we go and have fun and make money, how much time we have to gain that much of wisdom as those highly attained masters? We think that this is the only lifetime, we must enjoy as much as we can. Therefore we become a person who only care about ourselves, selfish or even cruel to others. We even have tremendous fear in our mind when the death is coming.
PS: I believe that I was a dog in my previous life or previous previous previous life as I have so much affinity with doggies. Even when I was 4 years old, my first pet in my life came to my house, i like her a lot since the moment i saw her. hehe. And dogs are always kind to me.
I like this video very much. What a great way to gain insights from different professionals on a topic, learn and it makes me think deeper. A great video for learning. This topic is very interesting because since young we have been hearing about spirits, heaven and hell, and rebirth. But because we don’t see it with our own eyes, it is hard to believe which this world is made of anyways.
A lot of people are depressed and wasted their lives away simply because they believe that death is the end of everything. That is why ever commercial company will even had taglines like “Life is short, play hard”… And I used to believe in it!!! I like what Brahmacharini said “you thought you can escape after death”. But now i know that it is not true.
It took me a while to believe in reincarnation even though since young we have been hearing about people’s experience… It is only that I took the initiative to study more and when you look around you, actually the clues are everywhere. People recalling their past lives is one, what about other beings on this planet? creatures or whatever we called them. We are not the only ones… so life continues. And it can be more comforting than death.
The belief in reincarnation is not confined to Buddhist;it is also found in other countries,in other religions,and even among free thinkers.It is possible but not easy for us to actually verify our past lives.The nature of mind is such that it does not allow most people the collection of their previous lives:Our minds are overpowered by the 5 hindrances:sensual desire,ill will,sloth,
restlessness and doubt.Because of these hindrances,our vision is earth-bound and hence cannot visualise rebirth.
A consideration of the shortness of our lifespan on earth will help us to reflect on reincarnation.
I can’t recollect my past life but I do believe in reincarnation.

Many years back when I was younger, I had a dream that got stuck in my mind till now ie. I can still remember it as it was so real.
I dreamed of waiting for someone at the airport. Then an elder monk come out of the airport sliding door and walked straight at me and came to greet me. I have always wondered what that dream meant.
Later in life, I had a wish to work for an NGO organization as I wanted to provide help to the needy. Naturally, I ended up working in dharma (Kechara).
I have no recollection of my previous existence, no dreams or clear impression of who I was in my previous life. The closet I ever have was deja vu experiences.
However, I do believe in previous incarnation.
1. I have heard from many reliable sources and also Rinpoche himself about high incarnate lama coming back. And how these high lama when they come back in this life how their imprints are so strong. For example, we have heard and also seen young high lama can memorised dharma text from a very young age. I am not talking about 1 or 2 pages of text but hundreds of pages dharma text and they are able to recite it all out.
2. Tsem Rinpoche himself also told us before that when Rinpoche was very young, Rinpoche has always been fascinated with dolls (ie Chinese Opera Dolls and also Barbie Dolls, he did not know why. When he first saw Geshe Lobsang Tharchin personal Vajrayoini when Rinpoche was in New Jersey, Rinpoche was immediately attracted to Vajrayoigini and Rinpoche was extremely excited. Then, it occurred to us that Barbie Dolls are very similar to Vajrayoigini.
3. Before I knew more about incarnation and karma, I used to have questions about good and bad experiences/habits I have in my life. I realised some are very strong and very hard to change and I realised that it must have come from my previous life. Ie, why do I behave in certain way and act certain way? Why do I have to meet not very nice people and be hurt badly and also nice people in certain juncture of my life. It cannot be a nurturing from my parents as all my siblings who has the same nurturing are different people all together.
Therefore, Tsem Rinpoche always taught us that if we do not change our negative habit in this life, it will be brought forward to our next life and the karma will continues.
I like what Brahmacharina Nishita Chaitanya said, “An existence does not come from non existence”. It makes a lot of sense.

I think it is a lot easier to accept that Reincarnation is not only highly probable but also the only acceptable explanation, than to prove that Reincarnation does NOT exists. At the point a child is conceived, 3 elements must come together i.e. the sperm, the egg and the “mind” or the “soul”. That the sperm and the egg come together cannot be disputed. We have to accept that the 3rd element ie the mind/soul enters the equation then, because if we don’t, then we have to explain at which point is the mind/soul inserted into the embryo? And by whom, how, and what selection process, and who was there to witness the insertion. We have to come up with answers with all those questions.
All normal human sperm and egg cells look the same. The ones that are abnormal (e.g. sperm with two heads or no tail are infertile and cannot develop into a baby). If you took sperm and egg specimens from 100 different people from around the world, you won’t be able to identify whose is whose. All human cells have 46 chromosomes. So how is it that no 2 people are alike (not even twins) in their thinking, taste, preference, personality and character? And how is it that no 2 people experience life the same way even though everything else are the same?
The only variable in the equation is the mind/soul. Where does it come from? I look at myself and I see traits and tendencies which are blatantly absent in my parents and sibling. Nor it is environmental because I am not the same as people I went to school with. I don’t have the same experience to life and I don’t respond to impulses the same way to everyone in my environment.
If what make me the “me” is not in the sperm, or the egg, or the environment, then what is it?
The principles of karmic imprints and reincarnation is the only logical explanation. It is not that the Buddha cannot prove reincarnation. We have to be somewhat attained through our training to “see” it. For now we are trying to explain it like a person is trying to use a 5-mile telescope to see something 1000 miles away.
In one of Rinpoche’s previous teaching (Karma & Avoidance of non-virtue) Rinpoche gave the example that a piece of paper cannot just spontaneously happen. Before it was paper, it was pulp, and before that it was part of a tree, and before that it was a seed, which came from another tree, which in turn was a seed that came from another tree and so on. All phenomenon exists as part of a continuum.
I have no memory of my past lives but when I examine my present life against a backdrop of the Teachings, a lot makes sense. Take the Teachings away and nothing makes any sense and nothing in life has any purpose or value.
The first law of thermodynamics may be expressed by several forms of the fundamental thermodynamic relation:
Increase in internal energy of a system = heat supplied to the system – work done on the system.
For a thermodynamic cycle, the net heat supplied to the system equals the net work done by the system.
The net change in internal energy is the energy that flows in as heat minus the energy that flows out as the work that the system performs on its environment. Work and heat are not defined as separately conserved quantities; they refer only to processes of exchange of energy.
These statements entail that the internal energy obeys the principle of conservation of energy. The principle of conservation of energy may be stated in several ways:
Energy can be neither created nor destroyed. It can only change forms.
In any process in an isolated system, the total energy remains the same. The above is a scientific view and is in line with the spiritual philosophy of reincarnation. When I was little, I had recurring dreams of being able to fly by merely doing a frog-stroke swimming
movement. I don’t know for sure this could a recollection of my past lives. If it does, I had better start practicing dharma diligently because I don’t want to end up taking the form of a frog again! But my guru saved me…….he taught to take refuge with the three jewels! Since then, no more frog strokes.

Thank you for the video. I like the interviews very much and what is shared by our respected interviewees makes so much sense.
Reincarnation answers so many questions – why are some of us “suffering” while others seem to have a good life, why are some lives short while others are long, why we have affinity for certain people.
More importantly, the underlying message is for us to take the opportunity given to us in this lifetime, to do good and serve others; to make full use of our given capacities and not fritter our lives away.
While I have no personal recollections of reincarnations, I wish to share this video with my friends. Because, it will help some whom I know is struggling through bad times. Perhaps, once it helps them to understand why certain things are happening to them, they may see it as an opportunity to learn and grow and not be so “affected” by it.

I believe in reincarnation. It may be because of the movies I have seen from young or from people I have heard from. But since I learn more in Buddhism and understand karma deeper, I do believe that we will come back after we die, in various forms, depending on our karma. If we do good, then we will unlikely be reborn in the lower realms.
Personally, I have no recollections of my past lives. And what struck out most foe me is the speaker Brahmacharini who quotes “You can’t get existence form non-existence”. For us to exist, we have to come somewhere whether from one form or another or formless. Also all religions believe in the continuation of the life after death, may not be reincarnate into another being, but continuing life in heaven or hell. There is continuity.
I totally agree with all the speakers that with reincarnation, it gives a purpose in life to become better, if not in this life, we have the next life to look forward to. And we can’t escape what we have created as we will come back and face the consequences.
I as a reasonably new Buddhist found this video absolutely fantastic. Many years ago a woman told me I was an old spirit, that I had lived many lives and she could see this through clairvoyance. I never found out much but at times I have seen and done things in my life, I am sure I have done, or places I have seen in another life. As religions all believe in something else after death I can only believe life after death is real. In this life I was born into a middle class family and my childhood was good. In my adult life from 19 yo on I have suffered because of a very bad accident I had. At 50 I recently lost my home in a Natural Disaster and my insurance company actually sent me broke rather than fix my home. My life has become a battle but I accept it with my disabilities and my hardship and push on. I became a buddhist only 12 months ago and since then, although the suffering continues, I have found piece in my life and accept the life I live. I concentrate on Mindfulness and loving kindness every day now. The Ajahn at the monastery near my home told me I am a very good hearted person. In Thailand only one month ago, an old monk called me over and said because of the way I acted in the temple, he knew I was a good person and had a good heart. He also told me I would be in a good place in my next life. I do hope this is true and find no reason to ignore being told these things by people who do not know me but see and feel something in m presence. recently a clairvoyant told me I have clairvoyance powers and should try to learn. My life has gone around in such a way that I can only hope rebirth is my destiny after this life. I have contemplated suicide at times recently but feel that would only put me in another life, most likely not much better than this one so I wait. I look after myself as best I can and I live a pure, honest buddhist style life in Australia. I am going to live in Thailand soon because I want to live the buddhist life fully in the hope that my belief in the Buddha will bare good fruit for my next life. I see enlightenment as a reward for what I will one life do and due to past experiences can only believe my enlightenment can’t be to many lives away now. This in itself is exciting, and I now practice meditation 2-3 hours every day and my success there has given me hope that the Buddha, even though finding me late in my life, has given me hope that my life of pain and suffering has not been in vain. I was a soldier when injured in an accident, and I now hope my life over the last 30 years has been a good life in the mod parts and I am now giving as much as I can to myself in buddhism and follow the Dhamas closely. I am not the perfect Buddhist but for a late starter I am now enjoying my life, still with pain and other physical problems a whole lot more. Thank you fr this insight into reincarnation as I am a firm believer. All the speakers points where well heard and listened too completely and my belief is my soul will go on after my body has given in. If only my soul could distance itself from the body so the pain and anguish would be held back. I do not complain but go on the best I can and I do many things I have been told by doctors I never will because I am strong and know my life can only get better. If reincarnation is true I am in for a great life net time.
I believe in reincarnations. Although I do not have recollections of it doesnt mean it does not exist. I like what Brahmacharini Nishita Chaitanya said…How can existence come from non existence? I used to ask myself the same thing…How can something just pop out and come into existence from nothing? If God love everyone, why then everyone of us are born with different situations? I couldnt understand the logic behind it. Pastor Susan Lim also said that every action counts and therefore there are always repercussions in what we do not only in previous lives but also in this. I thank H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche for all the Dharma teachings that make sense in every way because it was taught from what Buddha said. Questions that I couldnt understand was found in His teachings on You Tube.
I believes strongly in reincarnation way before i claimed myself as a buddhist. I don’t have any recollection on my previous life or maybe there’s nothing particular interesting or had enough impact that i’ve done for me to recall. But what i believe is Rinpoche definitely make an deep impact on one of my previous life which leads me to be one of his student in this life time.
There’s a saying “Everybody knows everybody in 6 degree” perhaps this is why all of us reading, doing and practices Buddhism now. We are all related to each others.

I don’t have any recollection of any of my past lives, though I used to have ‘deja vu’ experiences and encounters in my dreams. Strange though, when I was young I suffered from gripping pains in my stomach and someone with clairvoyance, whom my late mother had consulted, said that it was the result of my having given meat to a monk to eat in a previous life.So that was my early acquaintance with karma and past lives.Whatever it is, I do believe in reincarnation.
All the speakers spoke very convincingly about how logical it is to believe in reincarnation by just looking at how humans are born so ‘unequal’.
The closest to any form of scientifically-based empirical evidence would be that of the collection of evidence from a study of over 2500 children of between 3-4 years of age and their spontaneous recollection of their past lives as well as their birth marks which corresponded with the injuries of their previous lives’ counterparts.
I find that the following lines from the great English poet William Wordsworth’s poem ‘Ode To Immortality’ show that even he , a Christian, did believe in reincarnation too:
“Our birth is but a sleep and a forgetting:
The Soul that rises with us, our life’s Star,
Hath had elsewhere its setting,
And cometh from afar…”
From the speakers we have a chorus of strong eloquent voices that speak of the hope and meaning and purpose that believing in reincarnation gives us as we live out this life and move on to the next one. Believing in reincarnation and in karma,as is agreed upon by the speakers, makes us more responsible in our attitude and action towards our fellow beings and other beings and the environment.

All the speakers give a very great explanation. It make sense to me.
Believing in ‘incarnation’ answered a lot of my doubt such as good people die at young age but some bad one enjoying their great live.
Believing in incarnation give us a purpose in live. With this we will be responsible on our action. What ever we do now is the cause for the effect in our future. Whatever happened now is the effect our our previous action that created the cause.
Eventually we never die but just continuing our journey at different time, different environment and probably different form (it’s all depend on our action that created the cause for better effect).
I do not have any recollection or dream that I existed before nor know of anyone who has consistently talked of his/her previous life.
My belief in reincarnation stems from my faith in Rinpoche who logically explains Buddhist philosophy that allows me to experiment through practice. And of Rinpoche recollecting experiences he had when he was in the monastery, of highly attained monks who have reincarnated.
I like all the above speakers who are people with different educational background and race but share the common belief that re incarnation exists.
What we cannot see, hear or feel does not mean they certain things do not exist. Maybe present day science do not have the advance technology or intelligence to prove reincarnation does exist, just like a thousand years ago people could not prove what modern science had unraveled today.
Like the speakers say, if we believe that our actions would affect our future, even in this lifetime, it would make us be more aware not to do more negative actions and take responsibility when we did. At the very least, our present life would be purposeful.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this video. While I have no past life recollections (I can barely remember what I had for lunch last week), I firmly believe in reincarnation and the concept of karma. Reincarnation and karma helps me make decisions that would normally be difficult if I thought that there is only this life. It helps me become a better person.
What Anne Jones said was very good, about how reincarnation helps makes sense of how to go thru everything in this lifetime because there is a very long term view. Such a long term view gives life purpose. You know, like why are we here going thru a horrible lifetime if there is no purpose at the end of the day?
Personally, reincarnation helps me makes sense of why we must go thru life doing the right thing. As Brahmacharini said, “If I know that my death is not the end of me, then it makes me more acutely aware that my present actions will have future ramifications which I am not going to escape. ”
That makes perfect sense to me.
Dear Rinpoche–Thank you for this post very much. I hope you are feeling better and have complete health in this New Year!
I was trained in clinical psychology with also a transpersonal Eastern and Western slant. For many years I did a kind of deep therapy healing with people that touched upon their total recall with past lives. It was not my intention to do past life recall with them but because of circumstances and how I was trained we would go down that path together to find the seed cause of their suffering.
Sometimes I could clearly see their other lives or sometimes I would simply guide them so they could tell me what they saw and do their inner work themselves. Often when they told me what they saw it was to alleviate a major problem they were having in their life… such as phobias, obsessions, illness, etc. –
Once the past life that was causing them their current karma or pain this lifetime was discovered, they would go thru the trauma from then, explaining in major detail all about it. This was way too much detail and emotion for the imagination to conjure up.
After they found the seed of their problem there would be a big revelation… such as, “I see now why I couldnt fly in an airplane this lifetime but now I think I can.” Anyway I have many cases like this over the years. So many that I have no doubts whatsoever that we all have lived before in some form or fashion and that we carry with us in our pure stream of consciousness, these memories. We only need to learn how to access.
Anyway—–I find it a very powerful healing to unravel the source of one’s actual problem or circumstance from another lifetime. After all, we do carry that imprint and it can still effect our daily patterns.

I believe in reincarnation because it’s logical and answers more questions. It makes us take responsibility of our actions. I think this is very important because our actions sometimes hurt other people due to our self absorption. Taking responsibility also mean that we can change our destiny if we choose to. It’s very empowering.
The only person whom I personally know who shows proof of reincarnation is Tsem Rinpoche. What Rinpoche likes to do now such as building monasteries, refurbishing monasteries to improve them, sponsoring the sangha and dharma teachings, helping the less fortunate and many others are very similar to his previous incarnation’s actions.

To me it is definitely the most fascinating topic I can think of and the evidence (Ian Stevenson’s work, reports of near death experiences, reports of Tibetan lamas, etc.) to say the least makes it more likely to be true than not.
After all, even in a materialistic point of view things don’t come out of nothing and disappear into nothing. Materials (and energy) just change their form.
This and the vast, almost unimaginable consequences for countless lifetimes if reincarnation is a fact will make acting according to the Dharma the smartest choice indeed. Just according to HH the Dalai Lama, if you want to be selfish at least be selfish the smart way (and act according to cause and effect).
Yet so, some questions arise, e.g.:
If realizing this “truth” is so essential for the betterment of our actions, then why isn’t the recollection yoga taught more widely, also in Buddhist centers or shouldn’t at least a hypnotic regression session be conducted by every practitioner? Wouldn’t this inquisitive approach match better with Buddha’s demand to prove the teachings to and for ourselves?
Why are there so few stories about recollected past lives and even in the recordings of the historical Buddha they are only in human or animal form (I haven’t read all, though)? To match with science, one would expect reports from different ages (starting probably from cavemen and dinosaurs) and even different planets or from time before the big bang – also from other highly realized beings.
Could the most early cause for our imagination and creativity be glimpses of memories from past lives? Coz what could be the cause of someone drawing an alien from outer space if no one probably ever met one? There must be a cause for that.
I hope there will be more scientist investigating into the matter in the future.
No recollections of what my previous existences were, but of course the believe in recarnation is real. As what Brahmacharini Nishita Chaitanya said; what we are now is the caused effect of our previous action, makes solid sense. So is our KH Pastor Susan’s statement that every action counts; any negative karma will catch up with anyone in their future life, if not in this lifetime. It is really amazing how highly attained lama masters have proven how they can reincarnate back to this world to be where they want tobe reincarnated! Specifically amazing, are also the scientifically documented researches claimed to have been devotedly done by the famous Dr. Ian Stevenson in India, Africa, Britain and even in USA, which many skeptics and scholars agreed that these researches offered the best evidences on reincarnation! Nevertheless, thanks to Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, this indeed is a very interesting mind-opening, if not bogling and perfectly beneficial video-blog to share, which definitely will benefit all who view it!
I have always been fascinated by ‘reincarnation’ even though I do not have any recollection of my past lives. I believe in reincarnation because that is the only explanation to children or people who can correctly indicate or identify the items or people they knew in their previous life.
By believing in reincarnation that life does not end with death we also accept the law of cause and effect (Karma) thus accepting we are what we did before. Since good action bring good results, we will be more aware of our actions and we will not do things that hurt people. We will be less selfish and more generous, we will be able to face our failures and not to be egoistic.
If reincarnation is a fairy tale but we can be a better person by believing this fairy tale, why not?
Thank you Rinpoche, Kechara team and speakers for making this video. The points put across were very clear and logical. I particularly liked Anne Jones’ interview. She’s a free thinker yet all she said were consistent with what we learn in Buddhism. Also she pointed out one of the limitations of science, which is that it is only reliable for measuring or proving things which have a material/physical form, and within the boundaries of what knowledge humans have learned or can perceive at a particular point in time.
I have no recollections of my past lives, but ever since young I never doubted about reincarnation. It was very natural and acceptable to me. It makes much more sense that life does not end just like that; if it did then there’s not much purpose to life. I suppose there are so many social and environmental problems and wars in this world because we think we can get away with our actions when death comes.
Reincarnation is something like the law of gravity: you can’t see, feel, smell or hear it but its there, and its going to work on you whether you believe it or not. Some may say, gravity can be measured. But don’t forget that before Newton came along, no one knew there’s such thing as gravity!
Safer to believe in reincarnation than not. What’s there to lose anyway by believing in it?
definitely believe in reincarnation. This short video was on the in the uk quite a few years ago and they found some evidence of reincarnation.
I recall having a memory at a very young age that has made little sense to me. I remember young child 7 or 8 years old. I put a coin in my mouth, tried to swallow and choked. No one was present to help me. I could not breathe or talk and I remember falling into a deep sleep on the floor. It was very painful but the more I fell into the deep sleep, the more the pain faded. I was very confused because I know it happened, the pain was real, and when I tried to talk to my parents about it, they said nothing like that ever happened and it was probably just a dream. The funny thing is I was older in the memory when I remembered it happening. I know what happened wasn’t a dream and was very scary.
I do believe I was an asian buddhist in my past life. I’m just wondering why I chose this life. It makes no sense.
