Traditional Chinese Medicine
If you have some chronic problems, migraines, twisted ligaments, chronic fevers, bruised toes/fingers then Chinese Medicine and acupuncture is truly excellent.
I have gone for treatments many times and have very good results. It is important to find a skilled, educated doctor who has years of experience. Must check his credentials very carefully because you don’t want just anyone sticking needles in you even if it is gold!
The herbal medicines are also very effective, but you must try and let the doctor know how it affects you, it is not uncommom to have allergic reactions. Chinese medical treatments take time because they work with your body to heal itself, so you have to be patient.
If wish to do slimming or lose weight, remove cysts through Chinese medicine, acupuncture and herbs, I have not seen good results. In fact some Chinese doctors might make you more heavier than when you started with them!

In chinese medicine or Naturopathy we treat the body same as the eco system with the 5 elements. Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and water. A practitioner has to balance the 5 elements in the body. Therefore one has to be patient when undergoing the treatment. In Traditional medicine also we practice the 12 meridian lines and each is govern by an organ. A sprain in the ankle is caused by blockage of energy of the bladder therefore it is blockage has to be cleared to increase the energy and improved blood circulation. We also study the tongue during diagnosis. The colour of the tongue and also the coating on the tongue different areas represent different organs. I hope you are not bored by me. I dont use needles but I can help relieve pain in 5 to 10 minutes. I wish you all have a healthy body and healthy mind.

Traditional Chinese Medicine are quite popular nowadays. I notice even the Western doctors believe in Chinese medicine. There is a difference when you take western medicine you get quick relieve and there are side effects. With chinese medicine it takes a long time to get the effects of cure and relieve. But it is safe and no side effects. Now its much easier to take chinese medicine as they made into capsules and it is easy to swallow as chinese herbs are very bitter. Even the liquid herbs are boiled in the clinics ready for people when they are needed. Otherwise when you have boil the herbs at home it takes hours and so much trouble.
In today’s modern age, the so-called diseases of civilization such as coronary heart disease and obesity have seem to become part of our living condition. Though in part, their origin of causes may be traced to lack of activity and appropiate regular excercises, which can do much more to prevent them. But excuses are always being given as ” Where got time la, have to work hard for survival and to feed the needies”. Secondly, due to habitual dependency on the numerous new drugs being produced every year, many patients and even “physicians” tend to rely on these medication for cure, while the fundamental preventive measures to arrest the causes are overlooked. However, with the rapid development of the holistic approach to health care in recent years, there have been growing intersts in Oriental preventive and therapeutic methods used together with Chinese Medicine in maintaining good health and promoting longetivity. With certain aspects of chinese herbal medicine used to improve blood circulation, lowering of blood temperatures and bodily heat, as well as cleansing stomachs of impurities together with Chinese excercising therapy, are said to be effective in improving the physical fitness and the general well-being of the Ederly, Middle-aged and younger generations of Today’s society.
I LOVE traditional Chinese medicine. I grew up on the stuff and although the tonics and soups can sometimes be incredibly bitter (and my sweet tooth HATES it), they really do work. I like how TCM believes that prevention is better than cure, and it also cures people by making sure their bodies return to a natural balance instead of masking it or pumping strong drugs into people’s bodies which will alter something else. It’s actually quite like Tibetan medicine in many ways.
