I must thank my dharma blog team who are great assets to me, Kechara and growth of dharma in this wonderful region. I am honoured and thrilled to work with them. I really am. Maybe I don't say it enough to them, but I am saying it now. I APPRECIATE THESE GUYS VERY MUCH!

Dear Rinpoche
Thank you for sharing these thoughts. Maybe it is the only advice that I need right now.
Much love
Valentina
Very important for a person if he or she wants to have peace of mind and be happy in their lives is to contemplate and analyse the 6 thoughts in this blog: (1) Let go of what is passed for the past is not going to happen again. (2) Let go of what may come. For the things that you think may come or happen will not come or happen. (3) Let go of what is happening now. Instead find a way to go ahead and carry on. (4) Don’t try to figure anything or you will be disappointed if things do not turn out the way you want it to be. (5) Don’t try to make anything happen. Just like you cannot force an animal to drink or eat if they don’t want to. (6) Relax, right now and rest. This is the time for meditation and peace.
Thank you for Your Six Thoughts teachings
I wish i could do it. I tend to dwell on things too much.
No doubt with practice this will pass
Jon
Six step, well let practice it daily and be part of my our life!
Dear Rinpoche,
Thanks for sharing such useful thoughts. And also thanks Anila for elaborating it a bit. As i was having quite a bad day yesterday, reading this today kinda make me feel a bit better

Dear Rinpoche,
Thank you for sharing the six thoughts teachings. They are the antidotes to my bewildered mind.
Dear Rinpoche, This is what i feel i should do now! Thank you.
Thank you for this very useful advise Rinpoche!
I will write those thoughts on a piece of paper and will keep looking at them as I seem to forget about it so often! Thank you for this such important reminder!
Thank you, Rinpochela, for that concise teaching. i find it greatly beneficial in preventing illusions and unskilful perceptions/concepts. Thank you for a great (and profound, i believe,) method of mind-training.
Whatever has happened has happened it will not come back again. Be it done with good motivation or bad motivation. Happy or sad situation or occasion you will never get to see or experience again. So let go of these thoughts. If bad situation arises for you with people, don’t hang on to anger and cling to depression cause the other party will not feel the suffering. Then why the stupid self should suffer because of others. Be wise. Let go. Don’t try to make anything to happen with your speech. Cause bad speech is the cause that will lead to many disastrous things to happen or may even lead to brutality. So try not to make anything happen by guarding and thinking carefully of the consequences of what you say.
Hi Rinpoche..it’s an honour to have finally meet you in words in your amazing blog.
My life journey is an impossible one that i am today at the edge of myself in a place where reality and dreams is like one nightmare that i have no idea how to wake up from this.
I’ve only started reading ur blog like twice now..but your words is like a light that i will try my very best to walk towards to.
But this particular blog is my favourite. Short yet very meaningful. Thank you so much!
Dearest Rinpoche,
These 6 thoughts, although they’re short, but they are truly very powerful. They hit me right on the spot and makes me ponder again about being a human being. They bring me back to ‘self-checking’, helps me very much to contemplate. Certainly helps me a lot because daily we have so many things that goes on in our heads, so many experiences we go through, I feel that we do need these to help guide us back to the right path. Thank you dear Rinpoche for leading me back on track, to do some ‘self-checking’ so that I can let go even more easily.
I am truly humbled by your teachings. Please continue to live long, to be here with us, to guide us. Without you, we are like lost sheeps without the shepherd.
With love,
~Nicole
Dear Rinpoche,
Thank you for posting this. I need to print these thoughts and hang them where I will see them daily! I’m so glad I found your blog.
Sincerely,
Jessi
Dear Rinpoche,
Thank you for posting this. I certainly need to hear this all the time and to remind myself of these six thoughts often!
This 6 thoughts may be easy to understand but its not easy to practice. I am trying very hard to overcome all these by finding inner peace.
