   Though Li Kim has just joined Kechara and started receiving Dharma only in the past year, she has become a role model for many, including myself. Her sincerity, determination, care has brought KMP to a new level. Not just KMP has benefited, but Li Kim have contributed much towards Rinpoche’s work via the Liaisons Council.

   CEO Phng Li Kim is my beloved sister. I have always looked up to her and cherished her to-the-point advises, which have made my life easier. Although I always hold Ms. CEO in high esteem, I must admit she can be a princess a times.
   Hearing her sharing touches my heart. Imagining her going from door to door to find the car owner who is “in her way” is a 180 degrees transformation because I have seen her freak out by smaller inconveniences. I have also witnessed her take on more responsibility without hesitation despite her already full plate at Kechara.
   I am very proud of Li Kim and bow down to her for her humility and dedication to the Dharma. Once again Li Kim, you are the example of kindness and goodness I look high up to!

   I admired Li Kim not only as our CEO, but as a mother, sister, daughter, wife all wrapped up in one wonderful package. Please don’t get me wrong, like most of us, she is not perfect or goody goody but not many people would do what she has done.
   When Li Kim took over the helm as CEO of KMP in May last year, she took over with full commitment. She put in all her energy, experience and most of all love and care for the team. For this, she deserves our respect and support. Our team will cooperate with her to bring Rinpoche’s teachings to the world.
   She is also a very cool mum, in case you do not know yet. She has her children’s involvement in Dharma right from the start. As a bystander, I can see she is very good at bonding with her children, despite being so involved in Dharma work.

   It has been honour to work under Li Kim in KMP since the beginning and I do feel that Li Kim’s amazing because she is so new and yet when she commits, she goes all the way. I like her story because it is a spiritual journey of someone who is intelligent, sincere, wants very much for the Dharma to grow and is very devoted to her mother, Datuk May Phng. Her commitment to the Dharma is also reflective of how much she respects her mother.
   On the other hand, I can see that her ability to lead was due to her mother’s guidance and her own innate emotional intelligence. I have always found her to be particularly good with managing people and also particularly good with presentations and speeches. She is a go-getter, goal-oriented, caring and most of all, someone that is hallmark of a good leader. On top of that, being a student of Rinpoche and Liaison to Rinpoche, she is good at following and carrying out Rinpoche’s instructions. This gives her more credibility because it reflects her own inner qualities and makes her a good leader to us. We at KMP is very fortunate to have her as our head and CEO.
