Not that I’m biased, but this box really is incredible. Even KMP were amazed at how beautifully it has turned out. Absolutely stunning. And not only that – the teachings within from Rinpoche are really all you need for a successful, highly beneficial, peaceful and beautiful practice. As one of the editors of the book, I looked through the manuscript many times already…. but I’m still totally excited and SUPER STOKED to get my hands on one NOW NOW NOW NOW NOWWWWWWW! I want to read it all over again, whoop!

Guru Yoga is such an important part of Buddhist practice in the Tibetan tradition. I’ve heard that Lama Tsongkhapa’s Guru Yoga is very good for people with busy lives, but never really got into practicing it because I didn’t want to deal with figuring out what to visualize or what it all meant… But now, it’s all spelled out for me, and it looks AMAZING. Thank you all for blessing the world with such a gift!

The Maitreya heart shrine relics came to Perth on the weekend and I was helping out a little bit there. I only got the time to very briefly glimpse these relics, with a dull and problematic mind that, because of my karma, lately sees the Dharma only through a thick fog, but a glimpse of a relic of Lama Tsongkhapa’s yellow robe, more than the many other beautiful and amazing relics, penetrated the fog of my mind and remained there. For some reason I can’t stop thinking about that golden-yellow whisp of fabric with his name on the little card next to it.
Two days later, I hear about this new presenation of Rinpoche’s teachings on Lama Tsongkhapa. Rinpoche’s teachings introduced me to Lama Tsongkhapa and I have never heard someone give more heartfelt teachings on him. It is impossible to listen and not wonder what good deed or good fortune has brought these special teachings into your life. I hope this new presentation of the teachings introduces so many people to Lama Tsongkhapa and Rinpoche.
Everything from Kechara House and KMP is made with so much heart; the love and committment they have for Rinpcohe and the Dharma is always there in the pages, the design – from the first glimpse to the finish. This will be just beautiful.

The main purpose of the Guru Yoga is to enable the practitioner to purify negativity and accumulate merits. The practice is very powerful as the Guru is the ultimate merits field as per revealed in the Lam Rim, resulting in the very fast purification of negative karma and accumulation of merits as per compare to other forms of practices. Furthermore, the Guru yoga of lama tsongkhapa is very unique and other 4 foundations practice can be integrate into the guru yoga practice making this practice very flexible. For example one can visualize vajrasattva in the heart of lama tsongkhapa to strengthen the purification practice etc.
I have not seen the tsongkhapa box, but may I suggest that if an animation of the whole guru yoga can be made and include in the set, it will benefit lazy people like myself who cannot visualize well

I’m from Singapore. I practiced Buddha Maha Cundhe/Cundhi mantra. Her short mantra is “Om Cale Cule Cundhi Soha’ practiced together with a bronze mirror carved with her mantras. This buddha has more affinity with the Chinese in the areas like Taiwan. It appeared there are Tibet lineage of Cundhi practice, but from what I searched around it seems there is no lineage under Yellow Sect.
I’ve been wondering concurrently practising Migstema and Setrap mantra together Cundhi mantra, will there be ‘conflict’ in certain areas as these deities/Buddha may not have connection/bond with each other as far as lineage is concerned. I brought this up because there are some people who discovered that certain mantras between Idam ‘conflict’ between each other. For example, if one is praying for ‘wealth’, reciting vajrasattva 100-syllabus mantra and Maha Cundhi mantra at the same time will have ‘cancelling’ effect on each other, end up the practioner still no ‘wealth’ gain or improvement.
Sorry if this question sounds ‘no wisdom’.

This is a great way and so much easier for newbies to practice Tsongkhapa’s teachings, it’s like a bring-home kit, Just like the Setrap box 
This is highly beneficial, I know I’m maybe just 14 but this is a start of many things to come, They should make more of these like maybe a Vadrayogini Box? :O haha! KMP certainly definitely did a awesome job! And they have great instructions in them too! This is totally cool!
I love the boxed set: it gives newbies a nice, simple and light start to Dharma practice, especially to people of this age who are intellectual, but do not like to get too deep into any sort of practice or associations. The boxed set fits nicely into the New Age shelf, where people would be able to pick Tsongkhapa out admist the wiccan spellbooks, fengshui manuals and tarot cards in an attempt to seek meaning in their lives. The best way of sharing is to first get a set yourself! Do read through and look through the whole set properly, gain a good understanding of the book and the practice, then you can share it fully with your friends.
The box itself is very affordable at only RM99, so perhaps your friends might also like to purchase a set? It’s really a multi-function box, as you can use the box itself as an altar… which will also be very convenient and handy for young people

I don’t know what a Tsa Tsa is (I had to look it up on wikipedia…. but it isn’t there) so maybe an explanation of this word would help too!

A tsa tsa is a traditional Tibetan 2-dimensional clay image of a Buddha. As Tibetans were a nomadic people, they would not carry around heavy statues of deities so they would carry tsa tsas or thangkas. These are tibetan paintings which they would just roll up, jump on their horses and go!
Nowadays, we use resin for practicality’s sake but the essence is the same – a portable Buddha image we can use as the focus of our meditations.
It’s an amazing and great work from KMP to introduce such nice boxset to people around the world.It is also great motivation for KMP to disseminate rinpoche’s dharma teaching in an effective way. The boxset will ensure everyone have the merits to learn proper Tsongkapa practice efficiently and joyfully. Though,KMP as well as KH will growth in such a drastic way which will benefit more people around us,and most importantly bring happiness to people around us. Started with the Setrap boxset,now Tsongkapa boxset and i cant resist to have one for the beloved ones.tq KMP and rinpoche.
The Tsongkhapa box set is amazing. It has a beautiful Tsongkhapa tsatsa, a prayer book and a guiding book that explained everything about the practice. The colour and the design are so beautiful. It gave me a sense of peace. I gave away 2 sets to 2 of my friends as Father’s day presents yesterday. I am taking more sets with me to Hong Kong tomorrow and give to my friends. I can’t think of anything better that this. I want my friends to be blssed and i want them to be protected by Lord Tsongkhapa.
By the way, this Friday, I will be going to Penang to introduce the Tsongkhapa Box Set to our Kechara group there – i will get some photos of us using the Tsongkhapa prayer book and tsa tsa. We’ll also be getting some pdf samples of the inner pages of the books – I will let you know when they’re uploaded.

This Tsongkhapa Box Set would never have happened without the team work at KMP and the guidance from Rinpoche. There were moments when we came up with designs that made Tsongkhapa look like an Opera star, and the box colours were really off. Very religious, probably too much so. When Rinpoche told us that this box was to have international appeal and flair, we, especially Fang went back to the drawing board and let her imagination just flow out beyond her boundaries and WA Lah! a little update about this Tsongkhapa box set:
With Rinpoche’s guidance and support, we arrange for about 45 Tsongkhapa box sets to be sent out to many people around the world, including celebrities, Dharma publishers, Dharma centres and most importantly, the high Lamas of Gaden. Imagine, Tsongkhapa goes “home” to Gaden, literally!
Since sending the boxes out about a week ago, we have already received numerous replies from different people, including Rinpoche’s Gurus and Snow Lion publications! Hurray! Tsongkhapa is really going out to the world and touching people’s hearts

As I sit here looking at the amazingly beautiful box set, I’m little surprised , happy and proud that the very first Tsongkhapa box set came from Kechara Media and Publications. It has a Lama Tsongkhapa tsa-tsa , a tsa-tsa stand, a prayer book and a very informative guide to the Lama Tsongkhapa practice. It explains everything thoroughly so that you understand what you are doing each step of the way. There’s nothing else you could wish for in a prayer box set. Serious tantric practitioners always do the guru yoga as it is through the guru, we have dharma, yidam, protectors and all our realizations depend on relying on a Mahayana spiritual guide. Guru Yoga as I understand we are aspiring to have the same qualities as our precious lama. When we are doing any kind of deity practice is is always of most benefit to think the deity and our lama is one. It makes our practice very powerful.
During the visualization when we dissolve Lama Tsongkhapa into our minds, it is likened to us mixing our minds with our lama so perhaps one day it will be like mixing water with water our mind is one with our Lama’s. Lama Tsongkhapa is a yidam practice and this practice helps us to transform our minds to one with the same qualities as the yidam. Doing Lama Tsongkhapa we will be able to develop our wisdom as Lama Tsongkhapa his main aspect is wisdom. I must do Guru Yoga every day it is a very stabilizing practice, it is not my commitment I do it nevertheless.
Looking at the Tsongkhapa box set, I feel like it would be good if I can engage in a retreat of Lama Tsongkhapa someday : ) .

There is no restriction to Guru Yoga practice – anyone can practice! And at any age too.. there is no initiation or empowerment required to do this practice, that is one of the wonderful aspects of it.
If you do the express version, it only takes like 5 mins. Of course as you get better at the visualisation, you will naturally enjoy taking a longer time to meditate but if you’re busy, you can just do the express version to tap into the blessings!

Since Lama Tsongkapa is Kechara House centre’s Lineage Guru. It is a must that every KH member should at least own a Lama Tsongkapa Box Set.
