A Card from Cute Jason
Jason Roth is none other then KMP’s CEO Liaison Phng Li Kim’s youngest boy. He is very playful and very cute. He actively participates in MKC (Manjushri Kids Class) and everyone just adores him. He is only 6 years old but don’t let his cuteness deceive you, he is real smart! hehe
He was at KMP’s opening and was, as usual, playing and entertaining everyone with his cuteness, until he heard someone talking about the benefits of making offerings. Suddenly he decided to sit himself down quietly for 20 minutes… which is quite rare I heard… and look what he drew just randomly and offered to me… how sweet and cute…
Kids these days are very smart and they can think for themselves. It is very good when we start nurturing them young how to be giving, generous, helpful, polite, and grateful so that they grow up to be caring, sensitive, positive individuals.

How cute… Jason drawing and writing his card to me…

Cute Jason…

Awwww, how cute!!
What a warm, original and creative message and picture from Jason!
Kids never fail to amaze all of us ( teachers and parents who help in MKC ) and Jason is one “smarto tomato” that delivers a “punch” when you least expected… His inquisitiveness is usually followed by a stream of questions in succession that leads to a wonderful of sharing and learning experience for all of us.
For an example, in one of our MKC’s lessons when we talked and share about the different Buddhas, touching on the iconology, the representation of the different symbols, the meaning of hand mudras… we talked about the how the statues of the various Enlightened Ones are depicted on a Lotus seat…and all the kids were like yeah, and shared with comments like they are so beautifully painted, so colourful, different sizes, etc.
In the midst of this Jason raised up his hand and popped everyone a question and asked in his usual earnest way with his big eyes looking straight at you – ” Is It Comfortable? ” That really got every one going and the class got really interesting for both adults ( big kids) and kids.
Jason is a really cute little baby. He entertains the rest of KMP whenever he is around with his innocence and honesty. He is very playful. That is a good thing because he can raise our spirits any day
I think one day, he will be a great part of Kechara Care because he cares about everyone he meets. He provides anyone he meets with love.
Jason will always entertain us when he comes to KMP by prancing around and if he is not, he will be his usual chatty self! For those of you who have seen him, you will agree with me that he is a very good looking (cute and cheeky) boy! With his supermum Li Kim introducing him to Dharma early in life, Jason will grow up to become an incredible young man one day!
I just showed Jason this post and this is what Jason wants to say to Rinpoche:
“I love you and you are the Bestest Man in the World, and you Rock!.”
