Here’s another wonderful selection of supernatural encounters by celebrities. I find these neat as they show that people from all walks of life have experiences. Have a watch, learn and enjoy. Just click above on the video and watch. Very interesting episode.

Eerie! I love ghost stories and used to watch them and scare myself silly. But ever since I came into dharma, I can cope with the fear factor better. I have some ghostly experiences myself years ago. The house I rented whilst I was a student must be haunted as the first night I moved it, I was all by myself in this strange house and my bedroom door was jammed shut (even though it has no locks), like someone was pulling it shut from outside the bedroom. I was scared stiff, turned the radio up and did my prayers. 5 minutes later, I tried to open the door and it opened with ease. Really spooky. And I lived in that house for 9 months as it was the cheapest place I could find, on a student’s low, low budget. The place wasn’t a dump – just spooky with long dark corridors!
If these ghosts that appear are indeed our departed loved ones or take on their appearance, would we show them love and compassion or would we recoil in fear and aversion?
If ghosts appear in shining form like beautiful ‘angels’,would we react to them differently from if they appear in a horribly eerie and sinister form? I think we would react differently because appearances still affect us with our conceptual mind.
We need to go beyond appearances and be able to respond in love and compassion to these beings, no matter how they appear to us.They are after all, as the Lamrim says, our mothers in previous lifetimes and possibly this life if they have passed away.
