Look at this picture!!!
Philip Yong and group of Kecharians recently visited all the holy places in Kathmandu. They also visited Tsem Ladrang in Kathmandu. That is my residence there. We have a butterlamp house there where it is specifically set up to offer massive amounts of butterlamps there daily. I have completed offering 100,000 butterlamps to Vajra Yogini over two years back. Everyone should try to complete that once in your life before your passing. Many students after me have also sponsored 100,000 butterlamps to Vajra Yogini. Some students combined a few persons together to do it… great too. We have a full time Nepalese staff who prepare the butterlamps daily for us to make offerings. It benefits them and us. We need to make much offerings to Buddha Vajra Yogini. Important. So the butterlamp house is set up to do this.
Philip took this picture of the Vajra Yogini in the butterlamp house in our Tsem Ladrang Kathmandu when he was there last week. Our group did 1,000 butterlamp offerings every evening when they were there. I wanted to share this spectacular picture with everyone!! What a blessing.
Tsem Rinpoche
P.S. Thank you Philip for sending this picture to me.

Dear friends, the butter-lamp offering in Kathmandu Tsem ladrang was so amazing. Can you believe it, every night 1000 butter-lamp were light up in a small room with a holy VY’s statue…how blessed it is.
Every day you can offering one butter-lamp for your parents, sibling, friends, colleague, lover, girl friend, boy friend, school mate, course-mate, teacher, Guru, enemy, even your own ego too. After a while you will feel so good, because you know you do something good for people around you and your loved one.
-charge for this huge project!
So, please call ladrang if you really need to go first!
Very beautiful, cool, and awesome VY. I like it very much
Awesome Vajrayogini picture Phil. Nepal is spiritual country, the energy there energizes you and gets you really going and you don’t feel tired much.
I would love to do 100k butterlamps! dispel the darkness of my ignorance!!!
Making offerings to the Buddha is something we should always do. To create a connection, a cause to receive dharma and gain spiritual merits. Tsem Ladrang’s Vajrayogini butterlamp house is so beautiful, you can feel the peace in there, do your prayers while lighting the butterlamp. It is such a beautiful tradition that preserved til today! and not to mention that we are making offerings to the most supreme female Buddha Vajrayogini!
how much does it cost to offer 100,000 butterlamps?
it’s USD0.50 per butterlamp. Here’s a link (http://vajrasecrets.com/butterlamp-offering.html) which you can offer butterlamps to sacred Vajrayogini in Nepal.
Making butterlamp offerings help us to gain wisdom and clarity of mind. We are very fortunate to have all these ready for us to create merits and purify our karma, everything is being made so convenient for us. I hope my friend will not use “busy” as an excuse anymore.
Philip and group under the guidance of Su Ming, went to many more holy sites according to our Vajrayogini coffee table book. Everyone miss there so much, including myself, miss the fresh air of our Nepal Ladrang.
Thank you Rinpoche for having Vajrayogini in Nepal’s Ladrang. We were so lucky to be able to lit the butter lamps when we were there. The place was so peaceful and beautiful…
